interMORPHstices [video-sculpture installation, lightboxes, paper screen, 2000]
A video work tracing the sensuality of skin surfaces through dissolving stills. This alludes to the distancing and loss of physicality due to cybernetic stimulation and technological intervention. A translucent paper screen was suspended in the middle of the space, cascading onto the floor, representing a huge layer of skin. Sound and images ran in sync projected onto screen and floor. Three image/text light-boxes located at entrance.
