demarcations [photographs, plastic enclosure, barrier tape, 2002]
An installation addressing the notion of "boundary", land intrusions and obstructions developed through actions of translocation, travel, street action, photography and repositioning. A plastic enclosure was constructed in a roof shed encasing a series of images. These were rephotographed by street barricades back in their place of origin. The work was relocated into the original installation, as a way to question the limits and process of the metamorphosing art object.
